About Me
I’m Pooja Agarwal, a UX/UI designer with a strong foundation in user research, strategic design, and behavioral psychology. With a background in teaching and marketing, I bring a unique blend of communication, creativity, and problem-solving to digital experiences, ensuring that every design is both intuitive and user-centered.
My journey began with a PGDM in Marketing, where I honed skills in strategic thinking and engagement. After five years as an Assistant Professor, I gained deep insights into how users think, learn, and interact, which now guide my approach to creating designs that feel seamless and engaging. Transitioning into UX/UI design, I completed the UX Foundations and Advanced UX Academy courses at DesignLab, where I worked on real-world projects, refined user flows, and built high-fidelity designs that balance functionality with aesthetics.
With a passion for mentorship-driven learning, gamification strategies, and human-centered design, I specialize in crafting experiences that not only look great but truly resonate with users. Whether it’s building intuitive digital interfaces, enhancing user journeys, or incorporating behavioral psychology into design, I approach every challenge with creativity and structured problem-solving.
